Matt started Project Communications, a PR and marketing agency, in 2013, building a decade-long background across marketing, PR, business systems and customer experience. The studio took a new direction in 2025, after he saw first-hand in his own business what AI and automation could do — and how much easier it made a business to hand over.
Aryan is a developer, AI engineer and systems designer with multiple years of experience building software across finance, health and retail. He designs and ships the automations, AI tools and business systems behind every project we deliver.
Alongside client work we run a venture studio, building and operating our own AI products — heyvo.ai, an AI phone and enquiry handling platform, and piki.study, an AI study platform for New Zealand students. The automations we deliver for clients run on the same systems we build and operate ourselves.
